How Cool Is This!

I absolutely love it when I get wonderful comments from my clients. Pictage every now and then sends out emails to rate your photographer and it looks like they sent one out to a bride of mine from last year. Here is what she said.

"Brody was incredible. He captured beautiful moments in our lives and I will always cherish my wedding photos. Also he was so easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, and very prompt with everything he does. He has a vision like no other photographer. The one thing I wish I had done was get more pictures and albums because they're beautiful. Everyone who sees our pictures compliments us and of course the photographer. I reccommend Brody to anyone who is asking about photographers. I'm even planning on asking him to take family, and baby photos when we start our family. He will capture the important moments in life. You'll never regret using Dezember photography!"

Thank you
Joshua & Susan for your really nice comments. I had a great time documenting your wedding day and I look forward to photographing your family!

Josh & Chelsea

Finally after weeks of high waters on the Ogden River, the water has come down and it again is gorgeous to shoot. I had the chance to take Josh and Chelsea there and I gotta tell you, Chelsea has some killer climbing skills. Here are a couple of favorites from their shoot.

FINALLY I CAN SYNC WITH MY MAC!!!

Yay! I finally can sync my phone with my mac! Over the past six months we have been moving our studio systems over to Macintosh which is fabulous, but my scheduling software and my phone (Treo 700w) will only work on a PC. So I have been keeping one PC in the studio for scheduling and accounting software, but now I have one less program to rely on and as soon as I get a new accounting software for Mac I will done with PCs! Anyway that was a long explanation of the situation. So today I went out and got a new Blackberry 7130e and now my schedule is all online and on my phone so I can see it from just about anywhere. If my phone crashes I can just log onto my .mac account and view it. So far I am IN LOVE with this thing.

How cool is this! One of my couples has gone on weddingchannel.com and setup a personal website with a registery. I let her use some pics and then link to their engagement session. If you are interested in setting up your own site, go to the WeddingChannel and get yourself signed up and if you want to use some of your pictures on your site just let me know.

Congratulations Scott & Candi!

What a perfect day! The light was perfect, the bride looked incredible and the groom looked pretty good himself. As a promise to myself, I am staying on top of my blog postings and I am going to try to post something as soon as I shoot it. Check out their slideshow HERE!

Congratulations Robert & Terina!

I have been so busy this month and I have seriously been neglecting my blog. So in the next week I am going to be posting like crazy to get myself all caught up. So why not start with today's wedding!

I love it when I able to shoot a wedding as if I was a friend instead of a hired professional. I loved documenting this super special day for Robert and Terina. Here are some of my favorites from today.

Rachel

I knew when I saw Rachel and her gorgeous look, I was going to have a lot of fun taking her pictures. We headed downtown into Salt Lake City and found some really cool spots. Like I said in another post, brides that wear their hair down always look amazing and Rachel was no execption.

Clair & Brianna

These two were so much fun to photograph. After the ceremony we jumped in the limo and headed into downtown Ogden. Along the way we stopped at a hot dog place called Buns on the run. I loved the yellow of the building so we bought some foot long dogs and took some really fun pictures.

DJ & Holly

WOW! This has been one of my favorite weddings of the year. We had such an incredible time taking pictures. DJ & Holly were married at the Bountiful LDS Temple. Luckily it cooled of a bit and we got some of the most amazing pictures. I actually plan on creating a new slideshow for the website that will be in the gallery section. Thanks guys for letting me be apart of your very special day. I had a lot of fun with you family and I still can’t believe that all the bridesmaids stole a couple of older guys golf carts at the country club.

Kimi's Bridals

I have never had so much fun shooting bridals. Kimi is just a rock star. Honestly she can smile and laugh 24/7. As you can see by the pics she is one of the happiest people I know. We shot on 25th street in Ogden and most would say gross but it was an amazing shoot. Check out the slideshow HERE.

1st post on the new blog.

After a lot of thought and research into a new blog, I finally have decided to change it once again. This time I will not be hosting it on my own server, but with Blogger. This will allow me to send you new post through email so please subscribe to the new blog on the right and you will be notified each time a new post is made. I will be back tracking all of the last half a dozen posts or so from my old blog so please come back often and leave comments on what you think. I can't wait to hear from you!
