WPPI in Las Vegas

If you have noticed a delay in email, its because I have be working hard in Las Vegas. Every year I come to the desert to see new products and listen to amazing photographers. This year I came out a week early to attend a Plus class with an amazing Australian photographer Jerry Ghionis. Check out some of the stuff I have already learned. More updates coming later this week. We are also planning on doing a few engagement sessions over the weekend so if I have time I will post them up.

I had a couple of shoots yesterday and I just got done editing this first one. I had so much fun with Brandon & Katie. I could tell after the first picture I took it was going to be a good time.

A couple of days ago my wife and I decided to take some fun pics our 3 year old Connor. We thought it would be fun to take him on trax because he loves trains. So we walked from the studio over to the arena and jumped on the train. Here are a few of my favorites. I love making him laugh because he just goes crazy when he laughs and we all know how funny it is when I put a pillow on my head and it falls off. ;)



Thank you to my wife Crystal who showed him how to stick his tongue out at the camera. I must have a hundred images with his tongue out.

The day before yesterday I went out with John & Audrie to take their E-pics and we had so much fun. Seriously I just drove around and found some crazy places to take them and we came up with some really fun stuff.

Charlie & Kimi Tie the knot!

Last week I finally got to shoot Charlie and Kimi's wedding. I am going to post a couple today and then a few more tomorrow. Their wedding came up so fast it seemed like. I was so excited because we got to shoot the temple shots before the actual sealing ceremony. This gave a ton of time to get some really cool stuff. The other cool thing about this wedding that I finally got my new Fuji S5 in and their images were captured with it! The photos even blow me away! Take a look.

Travis & Jaqui's Engagements

How cool are these? I had so much fun shooting these engagements. It was actually kind of funny because we went over to Memory Grove to take one shot that I had in mind and there was about 7 other photographers there. I find it funny that so many people get their pictures taken there and its not even that great of place. I actually don't really like shooting there all that much anymore. Anyway, enough of that and more of the pictures. Not sure if you remember or not but Travis and Jacqui are the couple that have the engagement story below. If you haven't read it read please do so!

Gorgeous!

How gorgeous is Kimi? We shot around town today and got some really great stuff. We got a good mix of fashion and traditional portraits, but I absolutely LOVE the blue wall shots! Let me know what you think.
