Salt Flats and Movies

Last week Randy and I were up at the crack of dawn to head out to the speed flats to take part in filming a really cool launch video for Neways. They are launching a new product and needed a photographer to take pictures of models so they could video the entire thing. We were on site at 8:30am and left the salt around 6pm. It was so much fun! Because Randy is the pretty one, he got to be in the video which is just fine with me. I was more interested in the overall setup and equipment they were using to shoot with. Take a look at a few shots from the Salt.

Check out this jib that is like a crane and can swing super high in the air. I was watching the monitor a lot when they were using this thing. The footage was just incredible.
